Privacy Policy

Last updated July 15, 2026

This describes what QNDB actually collects and stores today, in plain terms — it isn’t a substitute for legal advice, and we’ll formalize it further as the product grows.

What we collect

  • Account info: your email address, and the username, display name, avatar, bio, and website you choose to add to your profile.
  • Activity: the ratings, reviews, and wishlist entries you create.
  • Submissions: if you're a creator, the title details and media you submit.

We don’t run third-party analytics or ad-tracking scripts on QNDB, and we don’t sell your data.

How it's stored

Your account and catalogue data live in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, which also handles sign-in. Uploaded images (posters, avatars, gallery media) are hosted by Cloudinary. Both are infrastructure providers acting on our behalf — neither uses your data for anything beyond hosting it.

Cookies

QNDB uses a session cookie, set by our authentication provider, to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Your data

  • You can update your profile — display name, username, avatar, bio, website — at any time from Settings.
  • You can remove a review or a wishlist entry yourself, at any time.
  • Ratings and reviews are visible to other visitors by design; profile fields you leave blank are simply not shown.

Children

QNDB isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required to hold an account in their jurisdiction.
